  • Do you have or require liability insurance?

    We require liability insurance for all events where alcohol is being served. You must provide your own licensed bartender.

  • What is included in the price?

    Our price includes up to 500 white padded chairs (250 for outdoor ceremonies), 25 6' round tables, 2 5' round tables, up to 10 8' rectangular tables, white table linens and all on-site amenities. On-site amenities include a sprawling outdoor area, spacious bridal suite and room for the groomsmen to get ready in, warming kitchen and bar area, 10' outdoor gazebo, charming footbridge and restrooms.

  • Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

    Yes—all love is exceptional and deserves to be celebrated. We are proudly LGBTQ+ friendly and will support all couples!

  • How long is the rental period?

    The rental period includes the day and night of your special event. You will have access to the venue beginning that morning and must leave by 12:30am. If you would like to access the venue the night before, we will do our best to accommodate such requests for an additional fee of $250. This is only if the venue is not already booked for the day in question.

  • Can I have my rehearsal dinner at Belle Hills?

    Yes, of course! As long as the venue isn't already booked for another event, we would love to host your rehearsal dinner the night before for an additional fee of $250.

  • Is the venue accessible to guests with disabilities?

    Yes, we have designated handicapped parking spaces, accessible bathrooms and no stairs on the property.

  • Do you offer payment plans?

    Yes, we require a $500 deposit to reserve your date upfront. However, we are flexible as long as the full balance is paid 2 months prior to the date of your event.

  • Where do guests park and how many spots are available?

    There is a spacious parking lot right outside of our venue. There are 50 spaces with overflow parking on both sides of the driveway.

  • Do we have to use certain vendors?

    Though we have a trusted list of preferred vendors, you are welcome to use whoever you like!

  • What are your wedding packages?

  • Do you only host weddings?

    No, we also host corporate events, birthday parties, reunions and more! No matter the event, we are excited to celebrate with you!

  • Will someone be on property to help with my special day?

    A representative from Belle Hills will be on-site at the agreed upon time to open the building, but is not responsible for further day-of coordination.

  • Are there any decor restrictions?

    We encourage couples to dream big with their decor and make the space their own for their special day! However, we do not allow anything to be hung up with nails or other damaging fixtures. Command strips and other easily removable fixtures are permitted, and we have 12 easels to use for signage!

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Our cancellation policy is currently on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if any issues arise.
