What You Will Do

As a Venue Cleaner/Helper, your job is to get The Barn back to perfect condition after each event. A typical shift is about 3 hours. Your responsibilities include:

• Deep cleaning and resetting the venue after weddings and events
• Sweeping, mopping, wiping surfaces, and general tidying
• Helping set up and break down tables and chairs
• Taking pride in the details that make our guests feel welcome

Schedule & Hours

This is an event-based position, meaning hours depend on our booking calendar. Most work takes place Saturday and/or Sunday mornings — you will be turning the venue around after the previous night's event. Hours vary by season — winter is lighter, while fall is our busiest time, sometimes with back-to-back events on a single weekend. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, part-time work that fits around another schedule.

What We Are Looking For

• Punctuality is non-negotiable — if we agree on 7 AM, you need to be there at 7 AM. Couples and their vendors are waiting to get in, and we can't be late
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
• A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small, supportive team
• You won't be micromanaged — we set the schedule, you show up and get it done
