Celebrate Your Grad with A Party at The Barn at Belle Hills

The Barn at Belle Hills • April 4, 2023

Caps off, party on. Graduation signifies a significant shift in someone’s life—so why keep the party small? At The Barn at Belle Hills, our eight acres of land can host the entire graduating class. Our climate-controlled barn has over 3000 square feet of space—more than enough room to accommodate family and friends—and with fifty parking spots and overflow parking on either side of the driveway, everyone can stop by to congratulate your graduate.

Planning a grad party at the barn at belle hills

We make putting together a graduation party easy. Your rental will include our indoor and outdoor space, bar, prep kitchen, restrooms, and other onsite amenities. Once a Belle Hills representative opens the building, the rest of the day belongs to you. Your rental lasts from the morning of your party until 12:30 am, so you have the entire day to set up and celebrate.

Decorating

Graduation parties are generally laid-back affairs meant to gather your grad’s family and friends and celebrate your grad’s special achievement. Graduation parties don’t need detailed planning, but that doesn’t mean they shouldn’t be personal. Your grad’s collegiate colors are typically the party’s “theme”—think collegiate-colored banners, tableware, and tablecloths.

Remember that a graduation party isn’t just about celebrating your grad’s next steps, but reminiscing about a time now past. Create a slideshow of your graduate’s favorite school memories. Hang up a clothesline “yearbook,” take advantage of our available easels, and utilize our tables as dining, card, and memory tables.

Entertainment

Our barn is ready for professional sound equipment—or your karaoke machine—and the grass outside is ideal for party classics like cornhole and ladder golf. Don’t forget about our open floor plan and arrange tables inside the barn for plenty of dance floor. Photo booths are another graduation party favorite—bonus points if you add props!

Menu

We have a list of trusted vendors, but you are welcome to cater from your grad’s favorite restaurant or park a food truck outside. Use one of our rectangular tables or our prep kitchen to set up a dessert or snack bar.

If there is alcohol at your event, you must provide your own liability insurance unless you opt for our licensed bartender add-on service. Our separate bar area and large ice buckets make it easy to serve any cold drinks.

Celebrate

Whether your grad is walking off the stage on a high school football field or has just received their college degree, The Barn at Belle Hills is proud to celebrate this momentous occasion alongside you. We understand the effort it takes to plan any special event and work with you to ensure yours goes smoothly. Don’t stress about fitting everyone in your house or getting noise complaints from the neighbors. Tucked privately in rural Northern Kentucky, The Barn at Belle Hills is your ideal graduation party venue.
